We use Australia Post to ship our orders to our customers. For Australian domestic deliveries, parcels could take five business days or more to reach the customer.

Shipping Within Australia

We use Australia Post to ship all orders within Australia.  All orders are shipped from postcode 4000. The delivery times below are estimates from Australia Post. You can calculate the shipping time from 4000 to your postcode within Australia here

When will my order be sent?

All orders received by 12.00pm (AEST), Monday to Friday, we will try to dispatch the same day for express delivery option, and no later than the following day for standard delivery. If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, there may be slight delays in shipping (for express and standard) Please also consider public holidays. Tracking my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a link along with your tracking number. For some reason your package has not arrived by the time that’s advised, please call your local Post Office to make sure it’s not waiting for collection, or you may have a collection card in your mailbox. If the parcel is not at the Post Office, please email us at support@lusciousskin.com.au and we will contact Australia Post for you.

Am I required to sign for my delivery?

You are not required to provide a signature on delivery, this is so that your delivery can be left at your nominated address if you are not at home. Kindly provide a safe and secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home.

International Shipping

We also use Australia Post for all orders to our international customers. The delivery times below are estimates from Australia Post. You can calculate the shipping time from Post Code 4000 to your overseas location here.

We always deliver as swiftly and safely as we can, but our international services are currently affected by overseas disruptions and restrictions. Australia Post may still be experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19.

 Please note: International customers are responsible for any additional import taxes and custom duties that may be incurred. Estimated delivery time frame for international deliveries is set out below and excludes any time in customs and delays to reasons outside Australia Post’s control.
